1988-2024

Introduction

Today, Xinyuan has rewarded not less than 60 national patents, passed IATF 16949 management system certification and AAA Enterprise Credit Rating as well as recognized by VDE, UL, CQC organizations and approved as Guangdong Famous Brand Product and High& New Technology Product in terms of its products, in addition, honored as 4A Level Standardized Performance Enterprise and Top 100 Enterprises in China Electronic Components Industry.

A joint venture of Gree group and Zhenhua group (4326 ordnance factory).

1989

The CD11E won the Guangdong Provincial Excellent New Product.

1996

The first enterprise obtained DNV ISO9002 certificate.

2002

Obtained ISO 14001,Management System Certificate.
Fusion Innovation

2004

Became a subsidiary of Gree Electric Appliances Inc. of Zhuhai.

2005

Moved to Jinding.

2006

The first time to pass National High-Tech Enterprise Certification,Film capacitor mass produced.

2008

Produced 30 million pcs high voltage snap-in series, completely replaced the import brands.

2010

IPM mass produced.

2012

Xinyuan moved to Longshan Industrial Park.

2013

Won Top 100 in China Electronic Component Industry.

2014

Self-created automatic production lines began to promote and greatly improved the efficiency.

2015

Awarded 3A Grade Credit Enterprise,Officially started the strategy of non-associated sales.

2016

2017

Zhuhai base phase II began to enlarge capacity,Total output value of RMB 1 billion.

2018

The second plant began construction,Gree Xinyuan Electronic (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. was founded,Awarded as“5A Good Standard Action Enterprise,The export sales doubled for three consecutive years.

2019

First capacitor enterprise won Top 10 Growth in China Electronic Component Industry,Significant breakthrough in the development of the key industries.

2020

In 2020, the test center was approved by CNAS accrediting body; the second factory was put into use; The production capacity of snap-in types of Nanjing Base exceeds 20 million.
